Booklet Design
During my time at BalancedComp, I mainly worked on 3 types of projects: presentations, in-app messages, survey booklets.
The following designs are completely original and created by myself or members of the BalancedComp, including but not limited to Andrew Stephens.
The Challenges

Presentation Slides: to communicate the points visually and break up the content to digestible bullet points.

In-App Messages: Bring awareness and extra attention to things like survey releases and promotions.

Surveys: To education consumers about the banking and credit union industry and salary information for all positions in the field.

The slides above are highlights from the extensive amount of internal presentations and graphics from my time at the company. The designs and elements were created by myself and Andrew, using assets from Font Awesome, Adobe Stock and the company's existing assets library.

The designs above were implemented on the BalancedComp platform advertising the company's massive, yearly survey. The bottom Fig.6.2 was an alternative design that was scrapped.
Document Designs
The 2024 Community Bankers Association of Illinois (CBAI) Survey was a rare client project I worked on at BalancedComp. This 115 page document was kept in the association's style, with a key theme being the wave/wing design seen on the back and front cover. Fig. 6 (right) displays the print ready cover design. Below is a selection of the page designs that give an overview of the surveys direction. More information for individual pages can be found in each of the pages expand mode.
